The website www.festicsn.com is published by FESTIC (Association of Senegalese Women in the Digital Sector). The data controller is the FESTIC board.

We collect the data you provide through our forms (membership, contact, mentorship, donations, newsletter): identity, contact details, sector, region, message and, where relevant, professional information.

We also collect technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for audience measurement and security.

Your data is used to: manage your membership and member area, respond to your requests, organise mentorship, training and events, send you our newsletter (with your consent) and improve the site.

Processing relies, depending on the case, on your consent, the performance of a contract (membership), FESTIC's legitimate interest in running the association, or a legal obligation.

Your data is intended for FESTIC and its technical providers (hosting, email sending, donation payments), all bound by confidentiality. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
